After thirty years of on stage experience, I moved to directing fully staged musical theatre projects in 2010, working with community and independent productions in South East Queensland. During that time, I've had the privilege of working with hundreds of amateur and professional theatre creatives, with some of my favourite projects including:

I'm big on collaboration, preferring to work with creatives who acknowledge that there's more than one way to do anything and that doing things the way they've always been done dampens creativity. I'm selective about the projects I do now and will always seek to ensure that the organisation contracting me has similar values, a primary one being that the artists and creatives they're working with are people first, and deserve respect and encouragement.

I expect everyone I work with to seek excellence (not perfection) in the project and I encourage joy throughout the process.
